  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2-4 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery by the next business day (order cutoff time: 12 PM local time).

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over AED[Insert Minimum Order Value].

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates.
  • At this time, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations outside our service area.

Order Tracking

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

  • For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and the damaged product for a faster resolution.

Changes to Shipping Address
